Shipping

Audrey Leighton Vintage is pleased to offer international shipping (rates below) and a flat courier express shipping rate of 8.00 euros within the European Union.

When placing your delivery address please ensure all information concerning billing and shipping is correct. We are unable to redirect the package as soon as the courier has processed an order and it has been dispatched. 

All orders will be processed within 5-7 working days. After this period, please allow 3-4 days for courier delivery within the EU, 5-6 days for courier delivery outside the EU and 10-21 days for standard non-EU shipping.

We offer a courier flat rate for the USA of 22 euros. At this time, sadly we cannot ship to Central America, South America or India. This is due to unpredictable and unreliable postal services in those countries. All other non-EU countries have the choice of courier express shipping for a flat rate of 25 euros OR standard postal delivery for a flat rate of 12 euros.

For orders outside the EU, Audrey Leighton Vintage is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

returns

We offer a return service up to 14 days after the order arrives. After 14 days, we cannot accept any returns. We ask you to email us with your order number as soon as possible so we can help facilitate the return. We have a paid courier option, whereby a courier will come and pick up your purchase (15 euro flat rate) or we ask you to simply take your purchase to your local post office to ship the return. As a very small brand, we sadly cannot cover the cost of returns. Due to import tax on items returned back to Spain, we are unfortunately only able to offers from returns from countries outside the European Union with a minimum value of 80 euros.

Damages

If your order arrives broken or damaged, sadly an occurence completely out of our control, we ask you to email us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Depending on the damages incured, we offer a full refund or store credit.
