Returns

Can I return my purchase? 

We permit returns on all vintage items within 10 days from the date package was received. Please send us an email (customersupport@audreyleightonvintage.com) with your order number / product you wish to return - and we will provide further instruction. Returns come at your expense, as a small brand, we do not have the facilities or logistics to offer free returns. Returned items must be in perfect condition and with this original packaging intact, otherwise they will be refused. We offer only store credit on returned items. Store credit for returned items is valid for 3 consecutive months.  As our design garments are limited in quantity & very high in demand, we do not offer returns on any piece 'designed by Audrey'. 

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

 We do our very best to protect our pieces for transit, courier mishaps are at times, inevitable. If your package arrives damaged, please email us (customersupport@audreyleightonvintage.com) and we will come up with a solution case by case.
